INFORMATION: La Jolie Ronde is a Happy Learning Experience! Each weekly lesson combines fun with exciting games, songs and activities, enabling your children to reach a high level of French and Spanish at the same time as enjoying themselves! Classes are available at the Family Library, Douglas and as lunch-time clubs in some primary schools. Some nurseries are also offering La Jolie Ronde Early Years classes to their pre-school age children. Founded in 1983, La Jolie Ronde has for many years been a unique centre for learning French/Spanish and also for introducing children to the lifestyle and culture of France/Spain. The award-winning programme is structured according to age and is available for 3-11 year olds – an ideal age when children are very receptive and are not inhibited about language-learning. The classes provide children with a really firm grounding in French and Spanish, a strong foundation which they take with them for their future learning.
