From 6/8 weeks post delivery. These classes are progressive with yoga practises for both mummies and babies.
Mummy and Baby Yoga includes dynamic movement and interactive poses to help build a strong bond of trust and security, the foundation of self-confidence for your baby.
You will heal and steadily strengthen your body whilst having fun with your baby. Taking it in turns (some yoga poses for mummies too) also allows your baby the chance to learn patience. Nursery rhymes and songs ensure that your baby is stimulated and will sleep well after the class!
Feel free to stop and feed your baby, You are welcome to stay for tea and a chat.
